Booking and confirmation
Bookings are based on availability. Your ride is only confirmed after we accept the request.
Please check your trip details before your ride — vehicle, date, time, passenger count, and pickup location.
Prices and payment
Quotes are estimates until we confirm the trip. Final prices may change based on timing, miles, wait time, or route changes.
Payment is due before your ride. For other arrangements, call us before you book.
Cancellations and changes
Tell us about changes as early as you can so we can check availability and pricing.
Late cancellations, no-shows, and big same-day changes may be charged because we reserved the car and driver for your ride.
Passenger safety
Seat belts are required. Passenger counts must stay within the legal limit. Please board and exit safely.
We can refuse service or end a trip if anyone is unsafe, breaks the law, or damages the car.
