Wedding day is the most schedule-sensitive work we do. We plan the timeline with the couple or the planner well before the wedding, then the chauffeur runs it without needing to be coached. Bridal-party pickup, hair-and-makeup-to-ceremony transfers, family hotel runs, photographer arrivals, ceremony, photos window, reception drop-off, end-of-night returns.
Most Indianapolis weddings we book run on executive group transportation for the bridal party plus a premium SUV for the couple. The group vehicle handles 12 to 15 people in executive captain seating, with luggage area for dresses, suits, and shoes. The couple’s SUV is the quiet ride: tinted windows, climate-set cabin, and a chauffeur who knows when not to talk.

How we plan with you
We meet with you or your planner about a month before the wedding, walk through the full day timeline, and lock in the chauffeur assignments. Things that always come up: the time the bridesmaids actually finish hair and makeup (always later than scheduled), whether the photographer rides with the bridal party or meets them, where the family wants to be picked up and dropped off, and how late the reception runs.
We build the timeline around your schedule, with 15-minute buffers between each leg in case anything runs long. If something runs ahead, that’s a problem we’re happy to have. If something runs behind, we have the buffer to absorb it. Either way, the chauffeur isn’t calling you that day asking what’s next.
