Most of our downtown corporate work runs through a small set of buildings: the JW Marriott complex, the Conrad, the Westin Indianapolis, Hyatt Regency, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and the cluster of office towers along Monument Circle and Meridian Street. The Indiana Convention Center sits at the center of all of it. If your meeting, event, or hotel is downtown, we’ve probably picked up there before.
Convention pickups are a specific kind of work. Visitors are flying into IND, dropping bags at the hotel, then heading straight to the convention center for a session. We handle the IND-to-hotel-to-convention chain in one booking, with the same chauffeur and vehicle, on the timeline you give us. For larger groups attending the same event, executive group transportation handles 12 to 15 in one ride.
For recurring corporate accounts, we bill by trip, by the hour, or against a corporate invoice depending on what your finance team prefers.
