From downtown hotels it’s a 15-minute ride in clear traffic, closer to 25 at rush hour. From Carmel, Fishers, or Westfield it’s 30 to 40 minutes door to door. Every airport reservation includes flight tracking, an in-airport meet at baggage claim, and luggage assistance to the vehicle.
Flight tracking is the part most people don’t realize matters until they need it. Your flight number goes into our system the moment you book. If the plane lands early, your chauffeur is already waiting. If it’s delayed by two hours, the pickup time shifts automatically. No phone call, no re-quote, no penalty for the delay. We’ve had Delta flights from Atlanta land 95 minutes late and the only change for the customer was a different chauffeur shift swap on our end. They never knew.
Departures are simpler. We arrive at your pickup address 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time. For domestic flights, plan on the chauffeur being there 90 minutes before departure. International, 2 hours. If you fly often you already know your buffer; if not, we’ll suggest one when you book.

We also pick up at Million Air Indianapolis (the FBO on the east side of IND), Indianapolis Executive Airport (TYQ) in Zionsville, Eagle Creek Airpark on the west side, and Indianapolis Metropolitan on the north side. If you’re flying private, give us the FBO name and tail number when you book. The chauffeur waits at the ramp, not the terminal.
