Safety and chauffeur standards
How we train, vet, and run every trip
Every chauffeur is licensed under Indiana commercial livery rules, carries full commercial insurance, and clears a background check before any paid trip. We do not run a contract-driver roster.
Onboarding is hands-on. New chauffeurs ride along on real bookings first. They learn the specific arrival lanes at IND. They run corporate and wedding pickup protocols a dozen times before driving a paying passenger solo, and they don't get there without passing a defensive-driving check ride.
Day-to-day: suit and tie, no smoking, no music unless the passenger asks for it, phones silenced for the whole trip, doors opened for every passenger. Vehicles are detailed before every booking and walked around every morning. We don't dispatch a car that isn't clean.
Indiana commercial livery license
Every vehicle and chauffeur operates under Indiana commercial livery rules. Not a TNC / rideshare permit.
