McSmith Elite is growing, and we’re looking for chauffeurs who take the work seriously. This is not a rideshare gig. Our drivers wear suits, show up early, know the routes, and treat every passenger like the trip matters. If that’s how you carry yourself behind the wheel, we want to talk.
We run airport transfers, executive and corporate travel, student transportation, special events, group trips, and long-distance work across Indiana and the surrounding states. There’s steady, varied work for the right people, and we value professionalism, communication, safety, and customer service above all.
Experienced chauffeurs are welcome, and so are people coming from strong customer-service backgrounds who want to move into transportation. If you bring the right attitude and a clean record, we’ll have a conversation.
