Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using MCSMITH ELITE car transport services.

1. Reservation and Booking:

All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a booking.
A non-refundable booking fee of $25 will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Payment:

The booking charges will be charged at the time of booking which are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations before the scheduled pickup will not refund the booking fee.

4. Vehicle Substitution:

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar class in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Passenger Conduct:

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner.
Any damage caused by passengers will result in charges for repairs.

6. Safety and Security:

Passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicles.

7. Liability:

We are not liable for delays or missed appointments due to factors beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

8. COVID-19 Precautions:

Passengers must comply with COVID-19 safety protocols as communicated.

9. Changes to Reservations:

Changes to reservation details must be communicated within 2 hours before the scheduled pickup by calling at 3173005661.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws.

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. MCSMITH ELITE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
